Quick answers

Questions about quotes.

By the job, not the hour. Most Seattle and Orlando projects run $650–$1,750, scoped by the number of scan areas, cores, or the site footage you send us. You get the number before we schedule, and it doesn’t change on site unless the job does.

Almost never. The address, a few photos, and what you’re cutting, coring, or digging are enough to quote. If a job is unusual we’ll ask for a short call, not a site visit, and there is no fee either way.

Next-day is standard in both markets: Seattle from our HQ, Central Florida from Orlando and Inverness. Same-day is often possible. Put it in the notes and we’ll tell you honestly what we can do.

Tell us what you can see: the age of the building, elevated deck or slab on grade, and any drawings you have. Finding the rest is the scan. Rebar, post-tension cables, conduit, and voids get marked on the concrete before anyone cuts.
